A Note About Our Beach

We’d like to let our guests know that, due to seasonal weather patterns associated with El Niño, the natural movement of sand has temporarily changed the shape of our beachfront. As a result, the beach directly in front of the resort may look different from what you see in some of our photography.
This is a natural phenomenon experienced by many tropical islands and coastal destinations, where beaches naturally evolve in response to changing weather, waves and ocean conditions.
The good news is that this is part of the island’s natural seasonal cycle. As weather and sea conditions change around October, the natural movement of sand begins to return to the beachfront, with the beach gradually reshaping and replenishing over time.
Importantly, all other resort facilities and services are operating as normal. Our restaurants, activities, amenities and guest services remain fully available, and our team is continuing to ensure that every guest enjoys the same high level of hospitality and an unforgettable island experience.
While we understand that the temporary change to the beachfront may be disappointing for some guests, this is a natural process beyond our control, and one that will continue to evolve with the seasons. The crystal-clear waters, spectacular sunsets and unique beauty of the island remain unchanged.

If you have any questions about the current beach conditions before booking, please don’t hesitate to contact our Reservations Team. We’ll be happy to provide the latest information and assist with any questions you may have.
