Frequently Asked Questions + Things to know.

1. The boat ride from Mersing to Rawa Island is approximately 20 mins.

2. All our meals are served buffet or family style.

3. Breakfast  has a selection of eggs, toast, cereal, fruit juice, tea and coffee. We like to keep it light as lunch and dinner are pretty filling. 

4. We do not allow any outside drinks to be brought onto the island. 

5. We do not have kettles, fridges, TV or WIFI in your room.

6. We have WIFI in the restaurant area.

7. If you require hot water for your babies milk at night, we have Thermos flasks at the bar for hot water.

8. We provide small bottles of water in your room. Tea, coffee and juice are available at breakfast. All other drinks including mineral water can be bought at the bar.

9. If you require a hairdryer please ask a member of management.

10. Electric mosquito repellant pads are available in all rooms.

11. We provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each room.

12. The shower water is for bathing only. Please do not drink it. Our water supply comes from a natural well which mixes with salty minerals in the ground. So yes you will be slightly salty and sun kissed. Please help us to conserve water when you can.

13. Every Saturday evening we have a BBQ.

14. Weekends are exclusively for guests 16 and above.

15. All our water sports equipment is free of charge to use, but we ask that you put a refundable RM100 before you take the equipment. Returned to you when you bring it all back.

16. When you reach Mersing head straight to the main tourist jetty, our office is on the right
    hand side of the main entrance. Our staff will be waiting for you.

17. Our boats usually leave Mersing between 12-1pm and return back to Mersing between 2-3pm

18. Please note that we only take credit card, E wallet or bank transfer on the island for any extras.
